Jeff Bacigalupi

Jeff Bacigalupi is a Managing Partner for Vesticor Advisors. He has over 20 years of capital markets experience having most recently served as CFO of a publicly-traded resort development company, Managing Director of a boutique M&A firm, Senior VP – Institutional Derivatives of the largest derivatives trading firm in the world, VP – Institutional Equities for one of the most respected research firms on Wall Street and in the Corporate Finance Group of Deloitte. In these roles, he has raised capital for businesses in:​

• Nearly every stage of their lifecycle: from start-ups to IPOs
• Every position of the capital stack: common equity, preferred, options/warrants, mezzanine, sub debt and senior secured debt; and
• Numerous industries including manufacturing, real estate development, technology, casinos, logistics, social media, financial services, consumer products, building materials and restaurants.

Mr. Bacigalupi also currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Ferris State University. He previously served in a variety of volunteer positions in the community including serving as the Founding Co-Chair of St. Michael’s Academy in Petoskey, on the Investment Committee at the Crooked Tree Arts Center and various volunteer positions with St. Francis Xavier School.

He earned his MBA from the University of Michigan, his BA from James Madison College at Michigan State University and completed an intensive equity valuation course at Columbia Business School in New York. He enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, bird hunting and spending time with his growing family.
